Avenue Academy Ltd.& Boyo Chinese Project started Chinese classes in 2014 and was founded by Dr. Zhiwei Liu, a Ph.D. from the Chinese Language & Culture College of Beijing Normal University in Applied Linguistics who formerly taught in the Department of East Asian Studies at Princeton University and the Chinese Language & Culture College of Beijing Normal University.

Our mission: to gather experts to create professional customized classrooms for students.

Our characteristics: professional faculty; structured training system; customized curriculum setting; personalized continuous progress monitoring; detailed placement criteria; small classes quality teaching.

Curriculums are independently developed by our professional team with diversified settings and customized teaching content and methods designed for students of different age groups and with different language proficiencies and backgrounds. In order to ensure that students have more time to practice and use Chinese in the classroom, we strictly limit class size to no more than 6 students per class.

Teachers of the school have all obtained higher education degrees in related majors, with research in the following fields: Chinese literature, history, philosophy, linguistics, pedagogy, and Chinese international education.

Avenue Academy Ltd. has cultivated a large number of outstanding Chinese students who have attended many Chinese competitions and achieved excellent results.
